Lexus is readying new LS luxury saloon to challenge the BMW 7 Series for 2018, might get hydrogen power later
The present Lexus LS is searching a little dated near the lately rejuvenated GS and it is, therefore the Japanese brand is creating a substitute that's set to produce in 2018. Our spy photography enthusiasts have taken an evaluation mule for that Mercedes S-Class rival out on the highway. It's under heavy disguise, but you may make out an evolution of the present Lexus design language, with glued on lights in the existing vehicle hiding fresher products beneath. The pictures also reveal that Lexus is benchmarking the LS alongside a brand new BMW 7 Series, clearly wishing to complement or perhaps beat it's rival's comfortableness and tech. Don't be surprised newer and more effective autonomous driving technology debuts in the Lexus flagship, in addition to enhancements in efficiency and gratifaction. Captured, Lexus told us it had become intending to launch a hydrogen fuel cell luxury vehicle before 2020. It previewed that model using the striking LF-FC concept in the 2015 Tokyo, japan Motor Show, and Auto Express is aware of that this is heavily in line with the LS. Expect a well-recognized selection of V6 and V8 gas engines and hybrids meanwhile, though. It's likely the LS is going to be revealed late the coming year before it hits showrooms in 2018.
